+1 Drain Water Per Click Pets Guide

Eggs, slots, code pets, and Gold Cthulhu — with pumps still sitting above the hatchery.

Pets Guide

Pets in +1 Drain Water Per Click are a Water multiplier you wear, not a zoo you complete. Hatch them from Pet Eggs, put the best rarity into equip slots, and ignore everything sitting in storage. Wrestling Elephant Studio launched this free-to-play Roblox clicker on 25 July 2026 on six-player servers. The named pet you should actually care about is Gold Cthulhu. Everything else is a rarity role.

Read this page as a collection guide. Slot ranks live on the pets tier. The spending argument that upsets egg addicts is repeated on purpose: pumps still come first.

Eggs and slots

Pet Eggs are the hatch path. You buy or earn them, open them, and look at rarity. Rarer pets are stronger. There is no public twenty-name list on this wiki and we will not invent one. Judge a hatch by rarity and by whether it beats what is already equipped.

Equip slots are the only place a pet pays. An equipped pet adds Water while you drain. A stored pet is a spare tire. When a stronger rarity lands, swap immediately. Keeping four B pets equipped because they dropped on the same night is how accounts stall next to someone with one S pet and a better pump.

Empty slots are the real emergency. A common egg pet in an empty slot beats a perfect storage tab. Fill first, then upgrade.

Code pets, including Gold Cthulhu

Codes skip the egg lottery. Redeem them from the codes list as soon as they work:

  • Fixed1 — Gold Cthulhu. Treat it as your S-tier slot lock.
  • Fixed2 — a rare pet. Stronger than a typical egg. Equip it over commons.
  • WaterHappy — a random pet. Could be junk, could be a keeper. Equip, compare, demote the loser.

Gold Cthulhu also sits in the wider Cthulhu kit: Cthulhu Coins, Tickets, and the Lava Aquarium. Those systems do not hatch the pet for you. They are endgame sinks that show up after the pet is already famous. Do not spend a session chasing Coins while a Fixed1 code is still unclaimed.

If a code pet looks weaker than your current slot, keep the slot. Codes are free rarity, not a mandatory fashion change.

Why pumps still come first

Pumps are the Water-per-click multiplier you buy from the hub stand or the HUD Pumps panel. Exact model names are unknown; this guide will not fake a catalog. You need two labels: starter pump and current best purchasable pump. Whenever Cash covers the latter, buy it. That purchase beats hatching another low-rarity pet.

Pets scale Water while equipped. Pumps scale every click whether your hatch luck is good or not. On six-player servers you will see people with flashy pets and a starter pump. They look rich. They train slow. Be the opposite: boring pump, good slot, then cosmetics.

Auras are the trap next to the pump stand. They add a minor Water training boost and Cash, and they feel like progress. Buy them with leftover Cash after the pump, the next egg you actually need, and a backpack level if you are dropping fish on the ground.

How pets fit the rest of the account

Fish pay for eggs and pumps. Drain a pool, bag what you can carry, sell commons, display keepers. Mutations (Gold 2×, Diamond 5×, Venom 10×, Hole 20×) change the Cash number; they do not hatch pets. Use the fish collection guide and the mutations tier list when a shiny fish makes you forget the hatchery.

Rebirths reset Water to 0 and keep permanent Water and Cash multipliers. Your equipped pets are still there after the reset; the Water number is not. A strong loadout makes the climb back less grim, which is why you do not rebirth with empty slots. Plan the button on the rebirths guide, not in a panic after one good hatch.

Cheap +1 upgrades — backpack space, walk speed, display stands — do not compete with pets. They make the loop between pool, shop, and aquarium shorter. Tap them when you walk by.

A simple pet routine

  1. Redeem codes.
  2. Fill every empty slot, even with a common.
  3. Open the pump shop. Buy if you can.
  4. Hatch eggs only with leftover Cash.
  5. Swap the worst equipped pet for any better rarity.
  6. Stop. Go drain.

That routine is the whole guide. Collection for its own sake belongs in screenshots, not in the HUD. Broader ranks sit on the tier list hub. The rest of the inventory map is the players hub. New accounts should still clear the beginner walkthrough and the guides hub before they treat eggs like an endgame.

Eggs, codes, and Gold Cthulhu are how you stock slots. The HUD Pumps button is how you actually train Water. Press that button whenever the price is green, even if a shiny egg is winking at you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I get pets?

Hatch Pet Eggs and redeem codes. Fixed1 can grant Gold Cthulhu, Fixed2 a rare pet, and WaterHappy a random pet. Check the codes list first.

Do pets work from storage?

No. Only equipped pets add a Water multiplier. Storage is a bench. Swap the weakest equipped pet the moment a better rarity lands.

Why buy pumps before more pets?

Pumps raise Water per click for every drain. Extra low-rarity pets do nothing until they steal a slot, and even then they lose to a shop upgrade you can afford.

Is Gold Cthulhu required?

It is the named S-tier pet and a Fixed1 reward, not a gate that blocks pumping. Equip it if you have it. Keep training if you do not.

Should I hatch during weather events?

Usually no. Poison and Black Hole weather are for fish mutations. Hatch after the window, unless you still have an empty slot to fill.

Where are pet ranks listed?

On the pets tier: S for Gold Cthulhu and high-rarity hatches, A for code rares such as Fixed2, B for common egg pets.
